Individual Registration Procedures

Please register at your earliest convenience to confirm your participation by following the below steps.

1. Enter your email address in the box below and click NEXT.

2. Enter your personal information and click NEXT. All entries marked with a flag are required. 

3. All Individuals should submit payment via credit card. Please enter your credit card information here click NEXT. 
Note: Your credit card will be charged automatically immediately after you complete your registration.

4. You will receive a confirmation email with your registration details. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of registration, please email exec@meetingsitespro.com.

Group Registrations
All attendees must be registered individually for recording purposes. If payment for a group is to be done for a group via a certified check d check, please note the institution for which payment is for and include a note of all confirmation numbers. Checks should be payable to Meeting Sites Pro, Inc. and mailed to the below address. If you have any questions, please contact Meeting Sites Pro at 858.560.4677.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations from time of registration to March 2, 2018 are 80% refundable. Cancellations between March 2, 2018 and April 1, 2018 will be 50% refundable. All cancellations after April 1, 2018 will be non-refundable. If you need to cancel or transfer your registration please contact 
htpd2018@fusion.gat.com.

Please allow up to 30 days from the date of cancellation for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. 

Please allow until May 21st for refund checks to be received regardless of the date of cancellation.
